Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled flight time. Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for a refund, minus a small administrative fee of 60% to cover processing costs.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight, or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule based on availability.

In cases where your flight is canceled due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you will have the option to reschedule your flight or request a full refund. We prioritize your safety, and flights will only proceed under favorable conditions.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used during booking. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us at info@birbillingthrill.com or call us at 8988735431, and we will be happy to assist you.

For any booking modifications, such as rescheduling your flight, please notify us at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
